The Poly Changsha West Coast Tower features a pair of mixed-use skyscrapers reaching 250 and 200 meters, positioned along the Xiang River in Changsha's Binjiang New Town. Modeled after a blooming lotus, the structures start with a compact bud-like foundation and square sides that expand into petal-like forms at the summit. Each level employs exact geometric tweaks to amplify the unfolding appearance as they ascend. Spanning 167,000 square meters and due for finish in 2023 by Poly Developments and Holdings Group, it stands as a symbol of natural elegance in urban growth.
