The Centre for Culture and Community (CeCuCo) is a flexible, research-based prototype for a multifunctional cultural center adaptable to various contexts. Its design relies on modular triangular forms in both plan and elevation, enabling the structure to expand, shrink, or rearrange into configurations such as slabs, courtyards, or village clusters. The facade functions like a dynamic chessboard, where users can intuitively reposition doors, windows, and other elements to encourage playful community interaction. It supports a wide range of activities through six different floor plan sizes from 8 to 115 m², accommodating ateliers, libraries, theaters, and undefined outdoor spaces. Sustainability is prioritized with natural materials like exposed wood and clay bricks, green roofs, photovoltaic integration, and site-specific energy solutions.
