Renneria is a sustainable new urban district on a 13-hectare former agricultural site south of Bolzano, planned to include around 800 homes along with services and abundant green areas. The layout prioritizes walking, cycling, and public transport with minimal car traffic, featuring extensive bike paths and a peripheral vehicle ring road. Over 70,000 square meters of greenery incorporate urban gardens, orchards, and green roofs, linking to the historic Maso Renner farm and including an agricultural school as an educational feature.
