Lisbon-based SNOB Architects has created a modern office structure in Barcelona's historic El Raval neighborhood, with completion expected around 2026 and a total area of about 12,000 square meters. The design carefully matches the scale and form of the dense urban surroundings to blend contemporary style with the area's traditional character. Underground parking reduces surface traffic, improving pedestrian flow in the narrow streets and preserving the public environment. The facade combines large glass areas with curved white slats for effective sun control, adding visual interest and texture.
