Next Coral is an innovative residential architectural project developed by Spectrum Architecture in collaboration with Next Group, situated in the heart of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a total construction area of 16,000 m² on a 3,100 m² plot. The design employs a biomimetic approach inspired by coral reefs, integrating coral motifs into facades, interiors, and landscaping to create a seamless connection with nature. Biophilic integration incorporates soft colors and textures to foster a calm environment that enhances residents' focus, comfort, and relaxation while reducing stress. Next Coral combines luxurious apartment living with sustainable innovation, symbolizing a progressive approach to architecture that honors natural beauty.
