Woods Bagot turned a 16-hectare site along China's ancient Grand Canal into a lively mixed-use district. Two tall towers frame panoramic views, while a central shopping street called "Ten Miles of Spring Breeze" connects indoor and outdoor retail areas. Residential zones flow naturally into commercial spaces, and a relaxed waterfront dining strip runs the entire length. A glowing canopy lights up the area at night. The 600,000 m² project blending heritage with modern living.
