The project enhances natural systems, promotes sustainable mobility, and redefines the urban courtyard as a social catalyst. Designed by ATI Project, a-fact architecture factory, Weber Architects, and Parcnouveau, it blends environmental responsibility with bioclimatic design, offering shared spaces, green infrastructure, and adaptable housing. A model for resilient living, it reinvents public space as a driver of community well-being.
