The China International Silk Road Center Tower Project is invested by Greenland Group, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP and constructed by the First Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division. It has a total building area of 383,200 square meters and a building height of 498 meters, with a total of 100 above-ground floors. It includes a five-star hotel, a Grade 5A office building, a "Walking in the Clouds" observation floor, a conference center, etc. After completion, it will become the tallest building in the northwest region and a new landmark representing the city image of Greater Xi'an.
