Im Birch School, Zurich (Video clip)

This school by architect Peter Märkli, opened in 2004, is in the center of a newly planned neighborhood in the north of Zurich.

Before, this was an industrial zone. Maybe the sober, solid and almost harsh architecture is meant to induce some sense of discipline into the kid's dispositions.
