Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and Skanska have unveiled the design of 17xM, a striking new office development in Washington D.C.'s central business district. The 11-story, 330,000-square-foot, mixed-use development features office and retail space and is located adjacent to the National Geographic headquarters on one of the few remaining ground-up construction opportunities in northwest D.C.
