BioCorporate Rebouças by Perkins&Will, São Paulo, Brasil

Developed to promote a better relationship between people, workspace and the urban spaces, the 60m tall boutique corporate tower is smaller than the current enterprises under construction in São Paulo, but stands out by the façade, that brings together fair-faced concrete, wood and abundant greenery in a disruptive design, nothing like the usual glass towers all over the city. Biophilic design was another important premise in this project, that counts with the massive presence of wood and greenery. Connecting the corporate environment with nature, the building will have gardens on its terraces with medium-sized plants and wooded brise-soleils to create a welcoming contemplative space.
