Iconic Tower by Dar al-Handasah Shair & Partners, Cairo, Egypt

The Iconic Tower is a skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. With a total structural height of 385.8 metres (1,266 ft), it already is the tallest building in Africa. It will comprise 80 floors, mostly for office use, and is one of 20 towers being built as part of the Central business district in the new capital city. The total area of the tower exceeds 65,000 square metres (700,000 sq ft).
