The Cove residential complex, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Broadway Malyan was commissioned by Emaar Properties to design a new waterside residential community comprising of 1,100 high-quality new homes, community retail and F&B spaces, together with a mix of indoor and outdoor communal areas for residents and the wider public to enjoy. The development is being delivered in two phases, with phase 1 which includes 2-storey townhouses, mid-rise water's edge apartments and a 24-storey apartment building, totalling 383 homes all.
