3d exterior design, modelling and visualization. Exterior of a Retail plan for a shopping and town center, featuring town apartments as apart of the downtown streetscape. Client wanted a store front design that reflected the colors and themes of the town and wanted have a comfortable bay area Theme like the fishing towns of New Jersey.
