The development comprises a four-level retail podium with four towers which include offices, SOHO apartments, residential and hotel facilities. Functional unit layouts, natural light, and cross ventilation are carefully integrated. The four towers are allocated at the four corners of the site in order to maximise the view towards Jinji Lake.
