New Street Residences, Burlington, Ontario, Canada

The undulating form of WZMH's design for this mixed-use residential development close to downtown Burlington creates a distinct identity while referencing the waves of Lake Ontario. Planned as assisted-living retirement and condominium residences, the two 11-storey buildings are connected at the 6th and 7th levels with a recessed bridge that forms a gateway vista into the site's central courtyard.
