81 Newgate Street is an exciting transformation project in the heart of the City of London. An outdated 1980's office building will become a contemporary mixed-use development, featuring a public roof terrace and a new 'street' through the site, to become a gateway destination into London's Culture Mile. KPF's design will modernise and transform the existing building in a series of architectural interventions, creating flexible workplaces with larger office floor plates and plentiful outside space.
