Aedas teamed up with China Southwest Architecture and won the competition for the Lijia Smart Park Innovation Centre West Zone Project in Chongqing, China. This project with a planned area of approximately 49,000,000 sq m, is located in the geographical centre of Sichuan-Chongqing Smart Industry Collaboration Zone. Comprised of hotels, office spaces, scientific research centres, commercial spaces, incubators, and a host of experience platforms, The Lijia Yuelai Smart Park is a development brimming with infinite possibilities.
