Guangzhou Nansha International Venture Capital Center, Nansha, China

The Nansha New District between Guangzhou and Shenzhen is distinctive for the varied natural scenery of the Wetland Park. An investment group is building two 160-meter office towers designed by gmp on two adjoining plots as one of the first projects on Lingshan Island. Each of the two towers is divided into four segments that are articulated by recesses containing sky terraces and sky lobbies. The external division of the towers reflects the internal subdivision of the office units.
