The Yongchuan Li project is a mixed-use development located next to Xinglong Lake in the heart of the Yongchuan District in Chongqing. Benoy was tasked to repurpose an existing vacant structure into a new centre for art, culture, leisure and entertainment and retail, comprising a GFA of 196,000 sq m upon completion.
