Project Brief

Proposal for a new Care Village in Wokingham to replace an existing Care Home currently on the site.

Outcome

Working together through various design iterations, we provided the support and advice required to reach a final design that satisfied the clients brief. Planning permission is expected to be granted in 2019 for a Care Home, which includes ensuites for each room, resident communal areas, a chapel, shop, cinema and hair and beauty salon; and an Assisted Living building providing 60 outstanding one and two bedroom apartments with shared communal areas, cinema, tea bar and health club including a gym and pool.
