The video has been prepared to demonstrate the possibility to realize a large number of homes in a short period of time that would substitute the terrible living style of the suburb of Ulanbaataar where inhabitants live in yurts, traditional tends made of felt and wood and heated by a central stove burning coal. >>> |

Ava Center has been constructed with the total possible building area of 33,700 square meters, in 16 levels, 6 levels below ground and 10 levels above. The 3 through 6 levels below ground, as well as levels 2 through 7, with the total area of approximately 19,500 square meters, have been allocated for the specific use of parking levels. The first and second levels below ground, ground level, and first level, with the area of 7,600 square meters, have been apportioned to the commercial spaces. The eighth level, with the area of 2,000 square meters, has been reserved for cultural activities. >>> |
