Greenwich Peninsula transformation, London, England
Greenwich Peninsula transformation, London, England
A new £1bn landmark project, designed by international architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava, will take shape at the heart of Knight Dragon’s transformation of Greenwich Peninsula in London. It will be the first building in the UK to be designed by Calatrava.

This major new landmark is set to transform Greenwich Peninsula, London's emerging cultural district. Residents and visitors to the Peninsula will arrive from the London Underground station into an 80ft high winter garden and glass galleria. The scheme will total 1.4m sq ft including a new tube and bus station, theatre, cinema and performance venue, bars, shops and a wellbeing hub. Above this will rise three towers of work spaces, apartments and hotels, all connected to the Thames by a stunning new land bridge that will emerge next to Richard Roger's Millennium Dome.
