Futuristic city on Khazar Islands, Baku, Azerbaijan (3D animation)

Visualization of artificial archipelago-city under construction near Baku, stunning in its scale. Majestic Tower of Azerbaijan, which claims to be the tallest building in the world - 1050 meters is only one of many curiosities. We were provided with a model done by the architects and the introductory video showing the initiator and author of the project. One of the requirements was to make a good-looking transition between movie and animation. A drop of water on the video was supposed to turn into waves frozen in glass and concrete.
