Wanli international resort hotel, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands

The main idea for this concept is to create the icon building for Saipan, a building capable to attract people and tourist from all over the world, so the concept, the layout and the materials are in modern style.

The resort will have all the rooms facing the beach and the sea. As a 5 stars Hotel all rooms layout are composed by a big bathroom, with separate WC, Bars, small living room and queen size bed or double bed. All rooms have a closed terrace, because of the casino, with a small spa area facing the wonderful Saipan's sea view.
