New Born Resorts, Tirana, Albania (3D animation)

The resort is located in the northen part of the coast, close to the northen hihgway leading to Montenegro

and Kosovo, Tirana International Airport and close to country's seaport in Durres vested with very high accesibility.

The Resort consist of 14 hectares and will house an exclusive gated residential community , which will be accessible from the main entrance. Further residential units will be developed adjoined to resort. A mix of residential components will include wooden lagoon huts on slits, villas, detached house and apartments.
