The overall idea was to create a small, but exceptional building that will contribute and respond to the area context by repeating the existing ridge roof skyline.

The building works well either as a single tenant facility with the ground floor designed for Reception and Conference Center or alternately, as a multi-tenant building with a shared lobby by the main stair.
