s.Oliver Headquarters, Rottendorf, Germany

The s.Oliver HQ offers approx. 350 employees space for creativity and reflects the fashion company’s dynamism. The edifice is divided up by means of two penetrating courtyards, which structure the interior and ensure optimum natural lighting in the rooms. For the most part the work areas are conceived as openplan offices, but also allow other forms of office. Horizontal rows of windows and anodized aluminum elements dominate the appearance of the facade.
