This project lies within Xunliao Seaside Resort District which situates at the southern seaside of Huidong, Guangdong province of China. With a total site area of 320,000 sq m and GFA of 430,000 sq m, the development are created in a form of sea-view hillside villages that weaves through abundant natural landscape features: the sea, the lake, mountains, valleys and islands.
