International shopping mall, Pakistan (Video)

Saunders Global was approached to come up with three separate concept architectural plans to capitalise on the site and economic opportunities.

The project comprises of approx. 90,000sqm configured into a four level shopping centre and three levels of commercial office and is serviced by 1500 cars in three levels of basement car parking. The approved scheme capitalised on the site opportunities and the district water views through the clever integration of the entertainment and dining terraces into the shopping centre facade.
