Enfield Council has won planning permission for its HawkinsBrown designed scheme to redevelop the Highmead Estate in Edmonton, North London. Following an open call in the architectural press, HawkinsBrown was appointed as lead architect by Enfield Council in May 2010 to deliver its vision for a high quality development to kick start the regeneration of communities across the borough.
