Kos Karoly was the leading architect of the Hungarian Romantic School which was inspired by traditional Transylvanian village architecture

and the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau movements in Western Europe. His beautiful Calvanist Cock Church in Cluj/Kolozsvar was completed in 1914.
